Caroline Oosterbaan has commenced as the new CEO of Rabobank Australia. Australian-born and previously based in the Netherlands, she brings more than 25 years of experience across banking, business strategy and governance to the role. Before joining Rabobank, she was a member of the Executive Committee of NIBC Bank and held senior roles spanning finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy across several European markets.
