In the early hours on Saturday morning the 10th of December 2022, Dutch supporters flocked to Sydney CBD to watch the World Cup Soccer quarter final against Argentina.
The Castlereagh venue turned orange and delicious barista coffees were served at arrival, accompanied by ‘stroopwafels’, ‘speculaas’ & ‘bitterballen’.
It was an exhilarating match to watch and, although we lost after the deciding penalty shoot-out, we are proud of Oranje!

The Netherlands will take on Argentina in the quarter finals of the 2022 World Cup after both sides came through their Round of 16.
The Dutch eased to a 3-1 win over the United States in the day’s earlier game before Argentina beat Australia 2-1 qualified as well.
That means the two sides will now face off in a heavyweight clash with a place in the semifinals at stake…
