Batteries on Wheels (Anouk Poelmann)
Batteries on Wheels is an Australian energy-tech startup advancing vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology, enabling
electric vehicles to function as mobile energy assets. By integrating EV batteries into the electricity system, the
company supports grid stability and the integration of renewable energy. The business builds on the Utrecht
V2G car-sharing pilot — one of the first operational V2G services globally — and operates at the intersection of
clean energy, mobility and infrastructure innovation.

Algenie (Nick Hazell)
Algenie is a climate-tech biotechnology company developing scalable algae production systems to create
sustainable alternatives to fossil-based materials. Its technology focuses on converting CO₂ into valuable inputs
for industries such as fuels, plastics and manufacturing. By improving the economics and scalability of algae
production, Algenie is positioning algae as a viable feedstock for the transition to a low-carbon economy.

Good Heat (Bruis van Vlijmen)
Good Heat is a clean energy startup delivering industrial heat as a service through large-scale thermal energy
storage systems powered by renewable electricity. The company develops, finances and operates “heat
battery” projects, enabling industrial customers to access reliable, low-cost, zero-carbon heat without upfront
capital investment. By combining thermal storage with smart energy management, Good Heat provides 24/7
heat supply while reducing exposure to volatile energy prices and carbon emissions.

CinCin Beverages (Frank van den Berg)
CinCin Beverages is a Sydney-based premium canned cocktail brand founded by Frank, Julian and Claudette van
den Berg. The company focuses on high-quality ready-to-drink cocktails designed for convenience without
compromising on taste, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, lifestyle and shared social experiences.
