1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome to Dutchlink.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

 

2. Membership Subscriptions

2.1. Membership Types

Dutchlink offers various membership plans, including individual, professional, business, and corporate memberships. The details and benefits of each membership type are outlined on our website.

2.2. Subscription Period

Memberships are annual and based on the full calendar year. All memberships are valid from January 1st to December 31st. Payments for membership renewals will be processed on February 1st each year, regardless of the subscription date.

2.3. Fees and Payment

Membership fees will be deducted from the credit card used at the time of subscription. Payment must be made through the methods specified on our website. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our separate refund policy.

2.4. Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew on February 1st each year. Members will be notified of the upcoming renewal at least two weeks prior to the renewal date. Fees for the next membership year will be deducted from the credit card used for the initial subscription.

2.5. Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time up to one week before the automatic renewal date. To cancel, members must email office@dutchlink.com.au. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

 

3. Events

3.1. Event Registration

Members and non-members can register for Dutchlink events through our website. Event details, including dates, times, locations, and fees, are provided on the event registration page.

3.2. Fees and Payment

Event registration fees must be paid at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods are specified on our website. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our separate refund policy.

3.3. Participation

Registered participants are required to adhere to the event guidelines and conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and considerate of other attendees. Dutchlink reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who fails to comply with these guidelines.

3.4. Event Changes and Cancellations

Dutchlink reserves the right to change event details or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Registered participants will be notified of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.

3.5 Event Refunds

If an event is cancelled by Dutchlink, registered participants will be eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future event. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during registration.

3.6. Cancellations by Event Participants

Participants who wish to cancel their registration for an event must do so at least 7 days before the event date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. A $5 administrative fee will be withheld from the refund to cover bank and payment processing fees. Refund requests should be sent to office@dutchlink.com.au.

 

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. Respect and Integrity

Members and participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect and integrity at all Dutchlink events and interactions. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

4.2. Compliance with Laws

All members and participants must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws while participating in Dutchlink activities.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Limitation of Liability

Dutchlink is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in our activities or use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

 

6. Amendments

6.1 Amendments

Dutchlink reserves the right to amend these terms of service at any time. Members and participants will be notified of any significant changes to these terms. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
