The theme of this first Dutch Mardi Gras float is 'The Dutch; 400 years cruising around the world', which is a hint to this year's anniversary of 400 years Dutch in Australia, Dirk Hartog Year. Of course this float will be orange and showing that Dutch and being gay is just a given to the Dutch. So if you are planning on going to Mardi Gras, be sure to give the Dutch float an extra cheer!
