    Another King's day event is taking place on Thursday 27 April, right after the Sydney Consulate-General's celebration.
    Starting from 7:00pm til late. Tickets will get you 2 free drinks upon arrival and Dutch snacks. Until midnight, Heineken beers are $5.

    Put on your best orange outfit for King's Day at Dutch Club D.A.S. Neerlandia! 

    Neerlandia organises this event together with Dutch School De Kangoeroe and there will be plenty of activities for kids:
    - A traditional Dutch 'vrijmarkt': Kids can bring their own throw and sell their toys etc. Kids are welcome to bring their musical instruments.
    - KoningsSpelen (King's Games) organised by Daan of GoGo Healthy Kids. From 12:30 onwards, there will be games and sports for children.
    - Spiderman bouncer
    - Obstacle run

    From 5 until 28 May 2017, the Head On Photo Festival will take place. You are welcome to join the opening of the exhibitions of Dutch photographers Douwe Dijkstra, Elisabeth Schön and Astrid Verhoef. Their exhibitions will be opened by Willem Cosijn, Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

    The Sydney Consulate-General will celebrate King Willem-Alexander's 50th birthday on Thursday the 27th of April at the Sydney Masonic Centre. 
    You are welcome in your most beautiful orange outfit from 6:00pm until 9.30pm.

    There will be Dutch delicacies (including bitterballen), a lucky door prize, a DJ and your ticket includes a welcome drink. Make sure you get your ticket through this website before they sell out.

    The Dutch diplomatic missions in Australia proudly announce their participation in the 39th Sydney Mardi Gras parade on Saturday the 4th of March. The Netherlands champions improvements in the legal position and safety of lesbian women, gay men, bisexuals, transgenders and intersex people (LGBTQIs) worldwide.

    On Sunday 12 February, the Dutch will play a hockey match against an United Nations team. This match will take place at Briars Hockey Club, Cintra Hockey complex, Gipson St in Conc​ord.

    Please be present at 4:15pm, the match will be from 4:30 - 5:30pm. Please bring a orange shirt (a white shirt for the United Nations).
    Children are welcome too. Afterwards, we'll have a barbecue.

    Later this year, on 15 March 2017, the Netherlands will vote for their new members of the Tweede Kamer der Staten-Generaal. Dutch citizens who live abroad, have the opportunity to vote as well. In order to do so, you can now register here and read more about how to vote when you live in Australia. You can register until 1 February 2017 if you still have the Dutch nationality.

    From a passion for quality wine and craftbeer, Hops & Drops are now venturing out to share these at a regular base during tastings at iconic venues in and around Sydney. This will be the very first tasting and there are more to come.

    Sinterklaas will arrive with his Zwarte Pieten at the Dutch Club in Frenchs Forest on Sunday 4 December at 1:00pm.

    All welcome! You don't need to be a member of the club.
    No registry needed and free entrance.

    The Dutch Club will be open from 11:00am. Clown Bubbles will entertain the children from 11:45am.
